Q:  When are the monthly condominium assessments due?

A:  Condominium assessments are due on the 1st day of each month and late after the 10th.  There is a $15 late fee for payments received after the 10th.  

Q:  How do I make my monthly condo assessment payments?

A:  Payments can be made by check or online.  Checks should be made payable to "Chateau Condo Association" and either mailed to PO Box 1274, Columbia, MO 65205 or delivered in person to 3700 Monterey Dr, Ste E, Columbia, MO 65203. 

If you set up your monthly payment to be delivered via bank bill pay, please use your condo address as the reference/account number (i.e. 804 B-2).  Be aware that bank issued checks can take up to 10 days to be delivered via US Mail.

Payments can be made online after obtaining your account number from CAM.  Upon receipt of your account number, follow the prompts at https://comam.twa.rentmanager.com  to sign up and access your account.

Q:  How do I request a topic to be placed on the board meeting agenda?

A:  Contact Community Association Management to request a topic be placed on the next agenda.  Prior to each meeting, the board and CAM collaborate to formulate a detailed agenda to address the concerns/needs of the community and its residents.

Q:  What is the process for requesting approval for an exterior or common area improvement?

A:  If you are interested in replacing any element that will/may effect the exterior appearance or a common area (i.e. windows, sliding glass doors, landscaping, etc.), you must first submit an Architectural Control Application.  The board of directors reviews each application and will respond with an approval or denial within 5-7 business days.

Q:  When is the Annual Membership Meeting?

A:  The Annual Membership Meeting is held each year in March.  Notice of the meeting is sent via US Mail, as required by the Bylaws, and by email.
